Sunnyside - Windows
From: "Timothy Curran" <TCurran rr LCK-Law.com>
To: <SBSJCHPC@co.st joseph.in.us>
Date: 5/3/2010 6:16 PM
Subject: 302 S. Also, please note that I have a total of about 6-10 storm
windows left. When we took occupancy of the house in February and our painter/plasterer
started working on the interior, he couldn't get those storms to fit on any of the windows
(thus, the plastic on the outside). My understanding is that the majority of the windows
in the house have not had storms on them for the last 6-10 years.
Please do note, however, that I'm keeping the dormer windows, sunroom windows, and all of
the windows around the front door. Those windows (which, luckily, have been covered by
storms for the last 6 years and, as a result, are not beyond repair and are not showing
mold) will be reglazed, lead remediated, and re -painted.
Please don't hesitate to call me if you have any further questions or thoughts.
Thanks,
-Tim
Timothy M.
