A. Southhold 2010 Awards — Motion to approve committee decision of winners by <br />Linda Riley with a second by Lynn Patrick. Vote 7 -0. Discussion to honor Martha <br />Choitz for her services to the HPC. Motion to approve Martha's recognition by Todd <br />Zeiger with a second by Linda Riley. Vote 7 -0. Catherine will contact County <br />Commissioners for a key to the County. <br />B. HPC Logo — Discussion on logo. Dave Steinhauer offered to do a mock up logo. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. WNIT Green Weekend Sponsorship — Invoice from WNIT for Green Weekend <br />circulated and discussed. <br />B. HPC Brochure — Circulated and discussed. Brochure ok to go to print. <br />C. Colfax Arts District —Jerry Niezgodski brought up the threat of the brick pavers on <br />Colfax being covered with asphalt. Discussion. <br />D. Area Plan Commission Rezoning Cleveland, Mayflower, Brick — Catherine <br />Hostetler presented to the Commission that Area Plan is sending a favorable <br />recommendation to the Common Council to rezone this area from office district to <br />planned unit development. The area under consideration includes the JB Shively farm <br />stead which includes house, intact barn and outbuildings rated Notable in the City Survey <br />Discussion. Meeting is at 3:30 tomorrow. <br />VII.
