Wayne is a 1 '/2 storey frame <br />construction faced with flagstone and aluminum siding with an irregular plan. It has a front gable <br />roof with simple raise trim covered with asphalt shingles. There is a flagstone clumncy in the <br />center of the gable. There are two gable dormers at the front and a large shed dormer in the rear-. <br />The windows are an integrated system of 2/2 double hung aluminum windows and aluminum <br />storms set on stone sills with louvered shutters. The shed porch roof is supported by an <br />ornamental iron support and has a concrete stoop. There is a one storey rear addition with a <br />"greenhouse" type bay window. <br />
