On a motion by Lynn Patrick with a second from Linda Riley the Commissioners voted <br />unanimously to waive the $15.00 COA fee during the calendar year of 2009 for Ms. Mallozzi <br />for a resubmission of a COA for exterior work at 611 Edgewater. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />The Minutes from February 23, 2009 were approved by consensus. The Location <br />Report/Treasurer's Report was submitted for the record. Correspondence since the last <br />meeting was a letter to John Freidline concerning the HPC Easement for 803 West <br />Washington. The Director's Report and Assistant Director's Report were circulated and <br />submitted. In addition Amy Minnick said that she had the evaluations from the March 13, <br />2009 In -Service if any of the Commissioners were interested in seeing them. There was no <br />report from Legal. The President's Report was given orally. President Klusczinski noted <br />those who contributed to the successful and informative In -Service: AIA, St. Joseph County <br />Library, DTSB as underwriters and participants along with guest speakers, Don Rypkema <br />and Genell Scheurell, and experts: Bill Barnard, Todd Zeiger and Bob Yapp. He also <br />commended Amy Minnick and HLFI staff member Jennifer Gregar <br />In the absence of any Old Business or New Business the meeting Adjourned at 7:22. <br />Attest: <br />Lind ey,�/ <br />Secretary <br />r <br />D e <br />2 <br />
