NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />i. continued... <br />are one of the most famous music stores in <br />the world. <br />Ann Kolata asked Dennis Bamber if the <br />retail store will be in the same location. <br />Dennis Bamber stated that the retail store <br />will be in the same location. The retail <br />store will be approximately 20,000 s.f. of <br />the proposed project; an additional 25,000 <br />s.f will be used for office space. The <br />remaining square footage will be used for <br />warehouse space. <br />Mr. Hunt asked Dennis Bamber if most of <br />his retail business is done through his <br />catalogs. Dennis Bamber stated that a lot <br />of their retail business results from his <br />catalog. He also stated that Dennis <br />Bamber, Inc. is well known because of the <br />business his company receives from <br />people all over the world. He also stated <br />that they are a discount mail -order <br />company. <br />Dennis Bamber presented to the <br />Commission drawings of the proposed <br />prod ect. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1525 approving an application for real <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area.
