July 6 Meeting with Chuck Bulot and James Markle concerning the solid vinyl <br />fence in the lot next to JMS Building that the Day Care received a variance. The fence is <br />to be not connected to the building and the lot is not part of the JMS land -marking. <br />Processed COA applications. Reviewed data for Budget 2010. <br />July 7 Met with Robert Odynski of Foegley Landscape, Inc at the Potawatomi <br />Conservatories to lay out scope of work to be performed. 2010 Budget Preparation. <br />Prepared Staff Reports for COAs. <br />July 8 BSSB Executive Committee interview with prospective Interim Director <br />for the Conservatories. 2010 Budget Preparation. Prepared Staff Reports for COAs. <br />July 9 Follow up inspection of work performed by Foegley at the <br />Conservatories. Information sent to Paul Diebold at DHPA, Indianapolis on County <br />Landmark. 2010 Budget preparation. Prepared Commissioners' Monthly meeting <br />packets. <br />July 10 Special meeting of HPC concerning 2010 Budget submission. Review of the 4 <br />scenarios requested by Auditor and County Council and County Commissioners. <br />July 13 Submitted 2010 Budget with all materials specified by the <br />Commissioner's in Bind er. Mailed out COA letters with Agendas. <br />July 14 Chaired South Bend Rotary Foundation meeting at Indiana Trust. <br />Reviewed the Band Shell Project at Potawatomi Park. On sight inspection at 831 Park <br />with Karen Glindel concerning the proposed foundation work by Gary Hersberger. <br />Responded to Krupali Uplekar request for her Historic Preservation Class request for <br />suitable site recommendations. Prepared 106 Review letters. <br />July 15 Presented Betsy Lauber with Landmark plaque for 305 S. Eddy. Met with <br />David Piser on the Sons of Israel Synagogue relocation issue. Continued to work on <br />accident report and insurance claim for June 3 accident that Preservation Specialist was <br />involved with. <br />July 16 BSSB Executive Committee meeting; continued with the Car Insurance <br />issue. Visited Rose Fuel and Brick on resurface options for the Muessel Ellison Tropical <br />Conservatory. Checked with South Bend Tribune on the lack of Legal Notices for June <br />and July. <br />
