Assistant Director's Report <br />HPC Meeting —01/26/2009 <br />• Built Restore Michiana website. <br />• Contacted and confirmed all Restore Michiana speakers for <br />Friday/Saturday. <br />• Created and sent invitations to city/county leadership for In -Service day, <br />now compiling and confirming RSVPs. <br />• Created bag fliers for RM promotion at Hills TV, Builders Store and Home <br />Depot. <br />• Created brochure and copy for RM mailing. <br />• Created RM fliers. <br />• Communicated with DHPA regarding contact with other CLG's for In- <br />service day. <br />• Met once with full RM committee and collaborated with Jennifer on <br />numerous other occasions. <br />• Compiled information on possible donors for review by HPC. <br />• Created and mailed information to prospective vendors, Jennifer will <br />manage vendor registration. <br />• Toured St. Joseph's High School to determine what facilities to reserve for <br />RM. <br />• Met with DTSB to discuss future projects and collaborations. <br />• Worked on research for City Cemetery National Register nomination. <br />• Met with Mikki Dobski of the Mayor's office and the Lincoln Hwy <br />Association regarding summer conference. <br />
