February 11 completed notes to February 10 meeting, followed with the Connie <br />Tooley on 514 w. La Salle, on-site visit at 611 Edgewater for descriptions of windows proposed to be <br />replaced. <br />February 12 toured Taylor's Field LHD with Wayne Doolittle and photographed 612.-614 <br />Carroll for HPC meeting packets. Budget reconciliation completed for January, 2009. <br />February 13 hpc meeting mailings completed. Met with attorney, Larry Meteiver about <br />facade easements held by the hpc and 803 W. Washington. Met with Peter Payne on proposed <br />scope of work at 611 Edgewater and product information. <br />February 17 completed hpc requests from the stimulus package for MACOG's submission. <br />Requested funding for creation of revolving loan program for homeowners in historic districts as <br />well as NPOs rehabbing homes and buildings in historic districts. Requested funding fora <br />building/salvage/rehabbing skills training program at NY Tech and SBCSC vocational class. <br />February 18 researched former Studebaker home "Sunnyside" for Good Shepherd Montessori <br />School. Continued researched for successor firm to Maurer and Maurer as well as information on <br />Indiana Lumber and Manufacturing Company. <br />February 19 continued with research projects and followed up with James Turnwald of <br />MACOG on stimulus package input. Followed up with rink on postage costs for newsletter. The <br />cost is $.21 per piece <br />February 20 met with business owner at 904 e. Jefferson about work performed at the site by <br />former owners and current state of building. Contacted Peter Payne concerning the HPC's <br />Architectural Historian's position on the proposed lead paint abatement treatment at 611 <br />Edgewater and faxed Peter the information he requested. <br />
