The owners wish to completely remove a non-
contributing and poorly constructed addition )Photographs 1-4) and replace it with a larger addition that will
reflect the architectural features of the front of the house -notably the porch and the bay window for the parlor.
(Photograph 5)
The owners also wish to remove a gabled dormer on the north elevation and reproduce it on the south
elevation. The gabled dormer on the north elevation will be replaced with a new shed dormer. Most of
the construction will be in the rear of the house and set behind the roofline of the house and not visible
from the street. (Photographs 6-8)
