If none, we'll move to Commission discussion,
comments. Very good. Any member of the public wishing to speak in support of the
current petition? Hearing none. Any member of the public wishing to speak in
opposition of the current petition? Also hearing none, Chair closes public hearing. Any
final thoughts or discussion?
Zeiger: I'm in agreement with the staff regarding the side window there. Speaking on behalf of the petitioner is
that.. ?
Crumlish: That's acceptable.
Klusczinski: Let the record reflect that the architect has agreed to the change. Correspondence
Correspondence from Cheryl Musgrave of DLGF was included in Commissioner's
packets.
President Klusczinski presented information that was given to him regarding an alley
vacation request for the Riverside Dr. local historic district. Staff/Counsel will investigate the process to determine
HPC's place in it. If necessary, a special meeting will be scheduled to discuss the matter
should it be determined that an official opinion/position should be rendered to Common
Council on behalf of the HPC
11
