President Klusczinski presented information that was given to him regarding an alley vacation request for the Riverside Dr. local historic district. The HPC was previously unaware of the request, despite the fact that the item is to be heard at the 5/27/2008 Common Council meeting. Staff/Counsel will investigate the process to determine HPC's place in it. If necessary, a special meeting will be scheduled to discuss the matter should it be determined that an official opinion/position should be rendered to Common Council on behalf of the HPC 11
