The Shetterly house was built in 1908 as a rental property by J.L.M. Shetterly and Fred W. Keller. It was sold to Lucille and kbeert P. Land in 1922. Mr. Lang was the City Attorney for Mishawaka. The house became and rental property late 1920s until 1947 when it was sold to Mr. and Mrs. George Hoffman. The current owner is Mark Beudert. E
