Zeiger: Was the garage there when you bought the place?
Pfeil: No, just the pad.
Zeiger: Just the pad was there?
Pfeil: Yeah.
Riley: On your application item, you don't state the material that you're going to use.
Pfeil: Vinyl, sorry.
Hostetler. It's in the listing here.
Riley: Well, but shouldn't it be on the application for the C of A?
Pfeil: The only thing that I would change, I think that I'll put a service door in actually too. I was
trying to keep doors and windows limited because a neighbor had a couple of neighbors stolen
from his garage, so no windows, it's just not safe.
Klusczinski: So at this time you're amending....
Pfeil: If I could put a service door in, that would be the only change. It would be on the right
hand side, around the corner.
Klusczinski: Let the record reflect that the petitioner has amended the application to include a
service door, on what face of the garage?
Pfeil: It would be on the west side.
Klusczinski: West side, thank you very much. If there are no other questions for the petitioner,
we'll move to Commission discussion. Any comments? Hearing none, we'll move to public
hearing. Any member of the public wishing to speak in support of the current petition? Hearing
none. Any member wishing to speak in opposition to the current petition? Also hearing none, .
Chair closes public hearing. Any additional discussion Commissioners? If that is the case, then
do I hear a motion?
Riley: I make a motion that we approve 2008-0707B.
Klusczinski: As amended?
Riley: As amended.
Klusczinski: Motion has been made is there a second?
Chase: Second.
Klusczinski: Motion has been made and seconded, any additional discussion? All in favor?
(Ayes are heard) Opposed? (Silence) Motion carries, 5-0.
Moved: Riley Second: Chase
To approve 2008-0707B as amended Approved 5-0
Application Number: 2008-0708
Property Location: 805 Bronson
Property Owner: Elizabeth and Ron Farr
Landmark or District Designation: Edgewater Place LHD
Rating: Contributing
STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE/HISTORIC CONTEXT: This 1912 Free Classic was built by
Whitcomb and Keller Corporation as a rental and sold to Ralph and Bernice Heick in 1921.
