NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />j. continued.... <br />Ms. Kolata noted that New Horizon <br />Ministry would like to use a lot owned by <br />the Redevelopment Commission on June <br />21, 1997 for a Christian block party. The <br />staff recommends approving the use of <br />Commission owned property subject to <br />New Horizon Ministry providing the <br />required liability insurance. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the use of Commission owned <br />property at Walnut and Washington by <br />New Horizon Ministry subject to <br />providing the required liability insurance <br />and approval by the Legal Department. <br />k. Letter from Kathy Baumgartner <br />regarding the Rental Rehab Program. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that at an earlier <br />meeting, the Commission requested <br />information about the rental rehab <br />properties that have completed the ten - <br />year program.
