tI <br />Views <br />Reference page 2 and 3 of Site Master Plan <br />Views indicated on the site plan are from the proposed area of the -- <br />pool. Photos were taken in early April, indicating no deciduous <br />coverage. <br />Elevation Change: Reference page 4 of Site Master Plan. Annotations of existing <br />elevation changes and general slope are indicated on the plan. <br />Proposed pool location is shown at zero (0) elevation. <br />General slope is from north to south, approximately 7 feet of <br />elevation change across the site. Grade change is handled by <br />retaining walls and steps. Terrace treatment is continued on the <br />properties to the south (Wayne Street) where an additional 2 to 3 <br />feet of fall occurs. <br />Site Plan: Reference page S of Site Master Plan. Plan indicates conceptual <br />landscape and hardscape around new pool area, using materials <br />similar to existing on site. <br />Proposed Materials: Pool: In- ground, electronic auto - controlled safety cover, vinyl <br />lined, concrete apron. <br />Hardscape: Limestone ledge rock retaining walls (to match <br />existing). Concrete and/or clay pavers (to match existing) for walks <br />and patio. Drystack or mortared bollards for gate posts. Black, <br />aluminum or black iron -look gates. <br />Landscape: Evergreen screens (to match existing, i.e. Arbor vitae, <br />Hemlock, Spruce, Ilex, Taxus). Ornamental shrubs, ground covers <br />and perennials (to match existing, i.e. Viburnum, Spirea, <br />Hydrangia, Magnolia, Ivy, Sedum, Grasses, etc. <br />
