Klusczinski: Or I guess the alternative plan would be that we could charge Standards
and Maintenance committee with an investigation on site and then we could have a
special meeting convening if the Arts Cafe is a problem with the schedule or something
so that we don't throw them off. .
Peterson: And that may be the most appropriate thing to do is to have a meeting with a
quorum, a special meeting of the Commission if that's your desire.
Klusczinski: That way Standards and Maintenance gets the footwork done and they're
not...
Peterson: And they can report their findings at the next meeting.
Klusczinski: Well very good. So,...
Peterson: Is that something that you're willing to amend? Amend your C of A to provide
for that?
Maradik: Yeah.
Sporleder: And let the minutes reflect that she has agreed to the amendment.
Peterson: To provide for the approval of the removal of aluminum siding and seek a
subsequent action of whether or not to paint, aluminum siding, or if the cement structure
is appropriate.
Klusczinski: Ok, very good.
Zeiger: So moved.
Klusczinski: Excellent.
Chase: Second.
Klusczinski: Any additional discussion? Then we vote. All in favor?
Sporleder: It needs to be designated what application that we're talking about here.
Hostetler: 2007- 0806B.
Klusczinski: It helps Amy so that she doesn't have to rewind the tape so far.
Herdman: Oh, don't worry about that now.
Klusczinski: All in favor? (Ayes are heard) All opposed? (Silence) Motion carries.
Zeiger: Note for staff, when you, I'd be interested, in attending the Standards and
Maintenance Committee, when you're ready, I'd be happy to help out with that.
Hostetler: Absolutely.
Moved: Zeiger Second: Chase
Amended C of A 2007 -0806B Approved Unanimously
Application Number: 2007 -0806C
Property Location: 730 Leland
Property Owner: NNN
Landmark or District Designation: Chapin Park LHD
Rating: Non contributing
STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCEMISTORIC CONTEXT: Formerly 706 Leland, this Queen Anne
house was built by 1894 probably for John Beyrer and his wife Flora.
