April 12 Met with Kathy Sobecki, Auditor's Office concerning the "gifts" account <br />and the over stated balances. Met with Mike Eby concerning the balance ($5083.55) of the <br />funds from the Tally restitution that the City said that we could have but we have not yet <br />received. Re- copied all of die materials and re -sent them to Mike Eby. Met with Marsha <br />Qualls concerning Leeper Bridge Lights and the anticipated festivities. <br />April 13, Notified Mike Sellers that a globe was missing on one of the east side <br />Leeper Bridge lights. Gave liiin information concerning publications to highlight die <br />restoration of die lights. Spoke with John Strauss, assistant superintendent of buildings and <br />grounds, concerning Monday's first reading of Marquette School. Attended Chuck <br />Leone's open house of his new offices on Colfax next to the Birdsell Mansion. <br />
