Director's Report April, 2007 March 19 Restore Micliiana final meeting before event. Arrange for Notre Dame Students in Professor Uplekar's class to visit the State theatre. March 20 Area Plan meeting concerning development affecting landmark on 13271 Adams Road. Mail out letters concerning landinarking of Marquette School. March 21 Arrange for Professor Uplekar's class to tour St. Paul's. Meet with Shari Crase at Palais Royale on Southhold Breakfast arrangements. Meet with Cosimo Rulli of Insty Prints concerning printing of invitations to Southhold. March 22 Meeting with Mrs. Aday at 1216 E. Wayne Street concerning her plans for an addition to her home and other changes that would affect the exterior of her house. Photographed landmark on 13271 Adams Road and viewed area of proposed development. Attended Botanical Society Executive Committee meeting at Conservatories between 5:30 -6:30. March 24 All day Saturday event: Restore Michiana March 28 Maul out vendor letters for Southhold Awards Breakfast. Mail out letters to supporters of Marquette School. March 29 March Museum Madness. Botanical Society Membership meeting at 6pm at Zion Church. March 30 Invitations and response cards for Southhold to Goodwill Industries for stuffing. Attended.john Lentz's retirement party at the County City Building. April 2 Contact Catherine Toppel concerning two demolitions for April's HPC Agenda. Arrange for historic photos for City Survey Publication to arrive in Indianapolis by 4/30 April 3 Research Fence for Local Landmark at 1031 E. Jefferson. Arranged for Professor Uplekar's students to present their study in the Council Chambers of the County City Building with the County Commissioners and Midwest Security Group. April 9 Fax Progress Report on City Survey publication to DHPA. April 10 Meeting with Parks Department at Conservatories concerning expenditure of Grant monies. Contact Rich Diesl concerning proposed work and set up conference call for Monday morning. Attended 5:30 L'xecutive Committee meeting for BSSB at the Conservatories. Attended County Council meeting concerning developments affecting 13271 Adams Road and spoke in support of residents against the development.
