CH: It is not on this budget yet. TK: Ok. CH: They were submitted on the first week in October, I believe that we have sold, to date, about 34 bags, and all of the money has been turned in, except for the monies that have been collected since October S, 2006. TK: Thank you. 2. President's Report LP: I have been communicating with people about our advisory committee, and everyone was in favor of moving ahead and contacting these people. With two exceptions, for various reasons, and Shawn I'm not sure how to handle this, I don't want that to be public record. None of these people have been contacted Several people had an issue with a couple of people on here, how can I handle that without putting on public record that they've been basically delisted These were just suggestions, and different people have different knowledge. SP: I think that you... well, just say that they don't have a favorable recommendation. I'm not sure what the exactly what procedures are for nominations for the overall record. You can have one list that you can 'x' off, but I'm not sure if we're past that point yet. LP: This is still considered a draft, so what I'd like to do is just revise it, and take off a couple names who are either not interested or have received unfavorable recognition. SP: You can do that, if it's a problem, I'll let you know. LP: Ok, that's what I'd like to do. MJC: Between us, can we bring names. We do have an arborist in the city that we may want to include. A mason of some repute, someone with good plumbing knowledge, a historical, a roofer and a landscaper, if we can include those people. LP: I want to make this clear, I think that's great, after I do some editing on this one, we start draft two. MJC: And we have 13 architects. LP: Yeah, we're heavy on the architects, but that's not to say that they're all going to want to participate. MJC: A mason, a roofer, a plumber and landscaper, if we could concentrate on those skills... LP: Ok, I'm still accepting comments. I'll get with Catherine, and people that want to submit additional names can, I have an additional name, I just haven't gotten all of my information together. We'll start a second draft, so that this can get done and not keep morphing. Any other committee reports? Seeing none .... staff reports? C. STAFF REPORTS Director's Report — Catherine Hostetler Distributed to Commissioners. Assistant Director's Report — Amy Herdman Distributed to Commissioners. Legal Report — Shawn Peterson SP: Nothing to report. Except that officially they have withdrawn the appeal for the Gatehouse, although the papers knew that before any of the attorneys did. IV. OLD BUSINESS TK: A few months ago, I suggested that we have an opportunity to review our ordinance, and I left it pending the President's assignment far committee members for that particular purpose. I didn't know if you had an idea. LP: I thought that I had assigned it to you and Todd. TK: Very good. LP: In fact I've been waiting for your report. I thought that I had assigned it to you two. TK: I may have been absent, but I'll get right on it. LP: I think that we're ready for the hearing of visitors and adjournment. 14
