Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for Charles <br />and Hattie Pryor for property located <br />in the Sample Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Completion is for Champion Soft Water. <br />They have completed their landscaping <br />and the staff recommends approving the <br />Certificate of Completion and returning <br />their performance guarantee. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Completion to Charles and Hattie <br />Pryor for property located in the Sample <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />r.
