NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />1. continued.... <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of December <br />23, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Certificate of Waiver in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program for property located at 235 East <br />Fox Street. (Alfonso Cardenas & <br />Northern Oak Homes) <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Williams Aerial <br />Mapping Inc. for aerial photography in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that an aerial <br />photograph is needed to determine <br />elevations in order to plan where a <br />pedestrian/bike path will be located. The <br />total cost for this service totals $3,115.00. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Faccenda and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the proposal from Williams <br />Aerial Mapping Inc. for aerial <br />photography in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />n.
