(Joseph <br />MacHatton) <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,740.00 as of October <br />22, 1995 and 1996. <br />Upon a motion Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Schwartz and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1128 -1130 <br />Lincolnway West (1995- 1996).
