There are so <br />many openings, we will cover the entire deck with 7/16 OSB board ("I'm <br />assuming the deck is wood.) <br />SHEET METAL — Coping tile on North and West side to be removed. New <br />treated wood nailer and metal cap. 24 gauge KYAN 300 finish (color - <br />customer choice). <br />Coping on South and East side not to be removed. <br />Seams to be recaulked. <br />I think I can save the existing drains. I have rings and strainers. If existing drains <br />are broken or not repairable, new ones would be an add-on. <br />We will fill in rafters where we remove sky lights.
