■ Toured Stanley Clark School to evaluate it as a possible venue for <br />RestoreMichiana. <br />■ Toured St. Paul's Memorial Methodist Church to evaluate it as a possible venue <br />for RestoreMichiana. <br />■ Made contact with Steve Miskin of SBCSC to request use of school facility for <br />possible venue for RestoreMichiana. Complete SBCSC application to be <br />considered for school building rental. <br />■ Attended ribbon -cutting ceremony for Navarre Cabin. <br />■ Prepared packet of information for Gene Stowe of SBT for future article on <br />Lincolnway East LHD. <br />■ Assissted Catherine Hostetler and Wayne Doolittle to deliver remaining Chapin <br />Park guildelines booklets to homes in Chapin Park. <br />■ Prepared and mailed First Newsletter. <br />■ Forwarded .pdf copy of newsletter to GIS coordinator for inclusion on HPC web <br />page. <br />■ Identified 4 available grants through the National Endowment for the <br />Humanities. Currently reviewing grant applications for possible submission. <br />■ Prepared new brochure for District Liaison Committee members. <br />■ Delivered 6 Landmark plaques. <br />■ Contacting graphic designers/printers for estimates on Artcard Project. <br />■ Met with John Carlson, of GIS regarding improving our webpage. <br />■ Met with Jan Fye of Project Future/Small Business Development. <br />■ Met with Tom Cooper regarding landmarking status for St. Pauls Memorial. <br />■ Contacted Mascot Publishing regarding creation of HPC coloring book. <br />■ Met with Rink Printing to get information regarding card stock selections etc for <br />the ArtCard project. <br />■ Toured LHD's to take photos for upcoming newsletter. <br />■ Met with John -Paul Howser (sp?) regarding creating a user friendly data base <br />of addresses within the LHD's. That is currently in development, but will <br />probably take a few weeks. <br />
