JOANN SPORLEDER: Which windows are you planning on replacing? PAUL KOCHANOWSKI: The only windows that we are going to be doing anything with are the ones that have the aluminum storm windows already on them and they're just double -hung windows. LYNN PATRICK: All of the windows that are going to be replaced are in fact 4 over 1 windows. PAUL KOCHANOWSKI: Yes they are. JOANN SPORLEDER: So then you are intending to replace the triple -track aluminum storm windows and the windows themselves with thermal insulated replacement windows. PAUL KOCHANOWSKI: Right. ALADEAN DEROSE: I would like to make a point of clarification because a C of A is being denied; if it's not approved within 45 days there are two possibilities. 1. The owners could withdraw the current C of A and start with a new request for C of A. 2. The owners could waive the 45 day rule and allow the commission to act on this C of A and perhaps amend it. LYNN PATRICK: I will make a motion to allow this C of A to be withdrawn and a new C of A be submitted. DIANE WROBEL-ILLES: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. 2. 2005-1028; 1333 E. Who ever did the windows in 1997 did double -hung windows. I would like to replace those windows which are not double -hung windows so that all of the windows will match one another. JOHN OXIAN: I will make a motion that the C of A 2005-1028 be approved as recommended by staff.
