NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />d. continued.... <br />Heirs of Theresia Pope in the amount <br />of $23,000.00 for property located at <br />713 East Keasey Street. <br />Ms. Kolata asked permission to set <br />aside item 6.e. until later in the <br />meeting to allow a certain party to <br />arrived to present their proposal. <br />There were no objections and item 6.e. <br />was set aside. <br />E Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with <br />the Affordable Loan Program. (Lois <br />A. Sanders) <br />Ms. Kolata that item 6.f. is an <br />adjustment to the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program. <br />Ms. Kolata asked Mary Beth <br />Thompson to explain to the <br />Redevelopment Commission what the <br />circumstances are and why the <br />adjustment is necessary. <br />Mary Beth Thompson noted that Lois <br />A. Sanders has an Affordable Loan. <br />She noted that the Bureau of Housing <br />closed on her loan in December. Ms. <br />Sanders' property required a new roof. <br />At the time the old roof was being torn <br />off the contractors discovered that <br />previously there had been five roofs <br />constructed on this property and the <br />H:\ HOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\041897.MIN -8- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER OFFER <br />FROM THE HEIRS OF THERESIA POPE IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $23,000.00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 713 EAST KEASEY STREET <br />
