An egg hunt was held on the lawn
of the O.R. on a picture- perfect day. A few
children were thrilled to find a golden egg
and receive a special treat from the Bunny.
HISTORIC NEW CARLISLE
ANNUAL MEETING
The annual membership meeting
of HNC was held on March 16 at the
O.R. President Nancy Taplin called the
meeting to order and summarized the
amendments to the by -laws as proposed
by the Board of Directors. The changes
were approved and copies of the revised
by -laws may be viewed in the office.
Election of officers for 2006 was held and
the following will serve as officers and
board members. It
was a fun and informative evening as she
described the early cars and their colorful
drivers.
The Indiana Chapter's website,
www.indianalincolnhiahway.com
provides links to all sorts of historical
trivia and many upcoming events. There
are many current projects which include
signage, mapping, and conventions.
