411 Prohibited (p.21) <br />412 Front porches, stoops, patios and steps that are important to the <br />413 building's style and development shall not be altered or removed, if in <br />414 need of replacement, see "Required" section immediately preceding. <br />415 See Section (IV. Mechanical Systems/Services (p.22) The majority of <br />421 structures within the district have oil or gas heat, <br />422 and have brick chimneys through the roof.
