LOGO — who is designing the logo? "We do this knowing that this personal interaction both <br />with civic agencies and with each other, [comma inappropriate] is one of the things that <br />make our community such a humane, interesting, [add comma] and dynamic place to <br />live." [This is a legal document, not a diary.] <br />Par. 4 — <br />"...to preserve the way the neighborhood looks as of March 15, 2005..." <br />Doesn't this imply that nothing should be changed? If you have a car up on blocks on <br />your front lawn, it should stay there? <br />Also: Can "guidelines "intend?" <br />Par. 5 — <br />"...flowers, [add comma) and landscape vegetation..." <br />"Planting or removal of trees in the yard IF VISIBLE FROM THE STREET [words <br />added] or tree lawn..." My understanding is that if things are NOT visible from the street <br />and are not a nuisance, then the homeowner's wishes prevail. <br />.. consideration, sensitivity, and public input." Does this mean that the neighborhood <br />as a whole could be consulted about a decision affecting one house? <br />Par. 6 — <br />"...worked on this committee and attended these [add "those" and delete comma] <br />sessions." <br />
