While enforcement is a neccessity, for <br />this neighborhood, as well as all neighborhoods in South Bend, it seems that the language might allow for some broad based <br />definitions regarding *deterioration* as agreed upon by the neighborhood committee. <br />I certainly don't expect that any commitee would abuse the right to try and enforce a household within the neighborhood into minor <br />repairs (or repairs that would be nice, but are not a neccessity), but I believe that the language used allows for that possibility. <br />Strict can steamroll into unreasonable <br />Best regards, and fine work <br />Kathy Schuth <br />911 Leland Ave. <br />
