CALLED MEETING TO ORDER <br />LYNN PATRICK: Called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING <br />A. CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />1. 2005-0526; 13546 Brick Road <br />JULIE SCHUTTE: (See staff report and pictures attached to C of A in meeting binder). <br />Homeowner, Michael Humes, was not present nor was any representative from AEP. <br />Staff has tried to contact the homeowner by phone on May 26`h, May 27`h, June 7`h, and <br />June 9`h, and still have not heard from the owner. <br />JOHN OXIAN: I will make a motion that this be tabled until July's meeting. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />2. 2005-0601; 1021 Riverside Drive <br />JULIE SCHUTTE: (See staff report, pictures, and drawings, attached to C of A in <br />meeting binder). Homeowner, Brendan Crumlish, was present. <br />John Oxian asked who built the addition on the house. Mr. Crumlish stated that he did <br />not know who built the addition on the house because it was already there when he <br />bought the house. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I move that application number 2005-0601 be approved as stated <br />in the staff s recommendation. <br />MARY JANE CHASE: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />3. 2005-0609;1077 Riverside Drive <br />JULIE SCHUTTE: (See staff report, pictures, and copies of letters sent by Mark <br />Temple Tree Service and Daniel Philpott to Catherine Hostetler, Director, attached to C <br />of A in meeting binder). Homeowners, Diane and Daniel Philpott, were present. <br />
