NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />b. continued.... <br />Homeless, employing ten people from the <br />Center for the Homeless and providing <br />transportation to and from the work site. <br />He noted that the program is working <br />very nicely. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1500 approving an application for real <br />property tax deduction for property <br />located at 5681 W. Cleveland Road. <br />(MM Partnership) <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from SiteScapes Inc. for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the staff would like <br />to build entrance signs to the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. Pat Brown, a landscape <br />architect at SiteScapes Inc. proposes to <br />do the site planning work and the staff <br />recommends hiring Mr. Brown to design <br />the signs. The first sign is to be located at <br />Nimtz Parkway and Mayflower and the <br />second sign is to be located west of the <br />golf course on Nimtz Parkway. <br />She noted that Mr. Brown's fee totals <br />$1,850.
