JOHN LIVINGSTON: What we understand is the man had enough insurance to pay off
the mortgage and that's it. He underinsured the property. Our people don't feel qualified
to go in there and evaluate it from the standpoint that all their manuals are based on the
cost to fix and the cost to tear it down, based on a normal house. They feel this house has
some historical significance. Cathy Brucker does not want to tear the house down unless
it's not worth saving. She is trying to save the house.
VI.
