CALLED MEETING TO ORDER <br />25 <br />26 LYNN PATRICK: Called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m: <br />27 <br />28 II. PUBLIC HEARING <br />29 <br />30 A. CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />31 <br />32 1. 2004-0830; 1049 Riverside Drive; replace rear wood storm door; replace <br />33 original wood double -hung window with glass block window. <br />34 <br />35 KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: (See staff report). The homeowners are present. <br />36 <br />37 TOM AND ANN PRICE: Briefly described to commission members the proposed work that is to <br />38 be done to said property. They also passed out pictures and written material for commission <br />39 members. We would like to withdraw the window replacement from the application. Staff and the <br />40 Commission have given us useful solutions to reduce the water problems we have in the bathroom, <br />41 especially around the bathroom window. <br />42 <br />43 JOHN OXIAN: I will make a motion that since you had a non-contributing door when the district <br />44 was established, which means that there was no original wood storm door, then in this situation <br />45 and pertaining only to this house, I move to approve an aluminum storm door to replace the <br />46 existing wooden door. <br />l <br />
