NEW BUSINESS (Cont.)
d. continued....
Ms. Kolata noted that American Electric
Power, NIPSCO and Ameritech went
through these areas. She noted that
American Electric Power and Ameritech
both did some major work last year and
then they crossed over to where the Jack
Young building is located. Ms. Kolata
noted that the landscaping was
approximately $400,000, which included
the irrigation system.
Ms. Bruneel noted that Bob Allen and
Carl Littrell were satisfied with the work
done by H.S. Altman.
James Riggs noted that Ameritech and
American Electric Power are responsible
for cutting the sprinkler system. He noted
that Ameritech went all the way along
Nimtz Parkway over to the John Sullivan
building, then all the way to the
Gonderman property with their lines.
American Electric Power did the same in
two directions and then they crossed over
to the Jack Young building. James Riggs
noted that there are numerous places
where the pipes have been cut. He noted
that in most cases, it will be a matter of
digging up the dirt and replacing a section
of pipe.
Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded
by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried,
the Commission approved the proposal
from H.S. Altman for irrigation system
repair in the Airport Economic
Development Area.
H:\ HOME \CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\032197.MIN -14'
COMNIISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM
H.S.
