Madison Elementary School work generally includes <br />the upper portion of the masonry including other specific areas as noted <br />on drawings. At Monroe Elementary School remove downspouts and scuppers <br />and reinstall after completion of work per SMACNA Standards. <br />A. Cutting and repointing all joints, both head and bead joints. <br />B. Replace cracked, spalled, and defective bricks. <br />C. Repair and restore all spalled and broken limestone and precast <br />concrete components including windows surrounds. <br />D. Power wash and clean all exterior surfaces. <br />E.
