Monroe Elementary School <br />1. Svecification Division A - Bid Form <br />a.. ADD the following alternate: <br />ALTERNATE "G": Power wash the entire rubble limestone screen wall <br />leading up to the main entrance of the School. <br />2. As part of the total work, when performing the cleaning, tuckpointing, and repairs <br />on the limestone and concrete portions on each work, the Contractor shall then <br />coat this work with an acrylic -based, elastomeric, breathable product. Utilize <br />Solargard Hy -Build by Republic Powered Metals, Inc. Contact Ed Ganot at <br />(574) 2724094. Special color to match existing. Apply in two (2) coats at <br />two -gallons per 1000 square feet being 16 -mils dry. Terminate edges at adjacent <br />soft joints between dissimilar materials. <br />3. Sheet 1 - Kev Plans and Notes <br />a. CORRECTION: The end of Base Bid note on the drawing should point to <br />the inside corner at the intersection of Walls "C" and "D". <br />Monroe E.
