We received a proposal from Metal <br />23 Building Maintenance Company for $2,400.00 dollars. The most recent proposal that we <br />24 received was from Miller Commercial Coatings. They stated that they could repair and coat the <br />25 awning for $2,300.00, and the coating would have a life expectancy of five to eight years. <br />26 <br />27 Joann Sporleder then gave her opinion, as architectural historian, in favor of repairing the old <br />28 awning.
