702 LaSalle - Exterior 4/8/2004 12:33 <br />cost <br />Gen Pnt - Int 12.00 LEAD: All work on this project must comply with HUD regulations on controlling <br />lead based hazards, completed under the supervision of a licensed lead supervisor. <br />Any questions regarding these regulations should be directed to South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation prior to bid submission. Safe Work Practice techniques must <br />be utilized when a lead based paint hazard had been identified. <br />Exterior painting bid is for the entire house. Any additional Exterior painting items <br />listed below are to be included with the general Exterior painting cost number on <br />this line unless noted otherwise. - ---> <br />Ext Pnt - Ext 12.52 Wood window - exterior existing: after windows have been treated per window spec <br />(see 9.00a) wet scrape sash exterior. Prime sash exterior face with oil based <br />primer. Prime interior face if to be painted. Apply two coats of exterior latex paint <br />to sash and all exterior window trim.
