APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />REDEVELOPMENT GENERAL (433) <br />City Securities Corp <br />Norwest Bank <br />Bainbridge Bank Note Co. <br />BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE (619) <br />Meadow brook Golf Management Inc. <br />Ms. Schwartz declared a conflict of interest <br />on the Claim to Real Estate Management. <br />That Claim was held until the next meeting of <br />the Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Schwartz and carried, the Commission <br />approved the Claims submitted March 7, <br />1997, as amended, and ordered the checks to <br />be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that in recent weeks <br />there has been interest in the Dreisbach <br />property for the location of a Social <br />Security Administration office.
