CALL TO ORDER: JOHN OXIAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER, AND <br />ASKED THAT TREASURER CATHERINE HOSTETLER CHAIR THE METING <br />DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING AND THE FINAL ITEM OF BUSINESS. . <br />A. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS <br />1. 2003-0829;1059 Riverside Drive; install window on north side and install <br />skylights on rear slope of roof. <br />KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: (Congratulated homeowners on their Landmark home and <br />read recommendation for approval from the staff report. See report included in meeting <br />binder.) <br />JANET KELLEY and LASZLO BARABASI: (Present to field commissioners' questions.) <br />VIRGINIA O'HAIR: (Pointed out a correction in the history of 1059 Riverside.) Violet <br />Rohrer taught in the South Bend schools not the New Carlisle schools. <br />JOHN OXIAN: She worked with my cousin.
