CALL TO ORDER <br />GERALD UJDAK: Called the meeting to order at 7:41. <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING <br />A. 2003-0214; Jefferson Elementary School; 528 South Eddy Street, <br />South Bend, IN <br />(a) Demolish boiler/furnace annex, including original structure and <br />later connecting wing. <br />(b) Build additions for library/media center and new classroom wing. <br />(c) Remove a maple tree and build bus driveway on South lawn. <br />(d) Install ADA accessibility ramps <br />Various other renovations <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: Moved that the oral reading of the Staff Report into the <br />record be waived. <br />VIRGINIA O'HAIR: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />
