KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: Gerald Ujdak wouldn't be available.
JOHN OXIAN: No, Gerald is off the Committee.
JOHN OXIAN: Martha could you go see it tomorrow, Joann?
JOANN SPORLEDER: I. have kind of a full day tomorrow; but, maybe late in the day.
NANCY ICKLER: Do you all need to be there at the same time?
JOANN SPORLEDER: Yes, we really all should be there at the same time.
MARTHA CHOITZ: My other suggestion would have been was to simple say that the
width of the driveway should under no circumstances be wider than the combined width
of the two garage doors; because, I think that is the sense of what your trying to do.
NANCY ICKLER: Yes that's right.
MARTHA CHOITZ: Whatever those dirmentions are that's what your really reflecting.
I guess that I don't have any real problem with that. Just looking at the drawings it looks
close; but, not real close.
NANCY ICKLER: We are going to need to be alittle wider at the doors.
MARTHA CHOITZ: Well, because, at the doors it should probably be as wide as the
garage just for a esthetic purposes; but from then on I would think that there is no need
for it to be any wider than the two combined doors.
NANCY ICKLER: Sure, that would be fine.
JOHN OXIAN: So, are you going to be taking off a part of this bush here if you widen
it? Or this light fixture on this side? How close are you going to come to this light
fixture?
NANCY ICKLER: Yes, those bushes are going to have to come out. We are planning to
move them. We are going to move them back. The bushes are not very healthy; the
problem is that those are spirea and there is some other plants mixed in with them too.
JOHN OXIAN: You mean the ones on this side or the other side.
NANCY ICKLER: The one on the other side is just a huge juniper and it can get cut
back with no problem, it won't change anything.
8
