Transfer of title <br />to the property to Ivy Tech needs to be <br />completed. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE CORPORATE <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, UNDERTAKING RELATED TO 1316 S. MICHIGAN <br />the Commission approved the Corporate STREET <br />Undertaking related to 1316 S. Michigan <br />Street. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Ken Herceg & <br />Associates, Inc. for professional services <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this proposal is to <br />provide the Redevelopment Commission <br />with a legal description of the access <br />easement that relates to the drive which <br />goes from Nimtz Parkway to the Blue <br />Heron events center. The amount of the <br />proposal is $400.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal <br />from Ken Herceg & Associates, Inc. for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />f.
