Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to Contract with Lawson - <br />Fisher & Associates P.C. for design <br />services related to the East Race North <br />Walkway Phase II (Project 92 -96). <br />Ms. Kolata asked permission to table item <br />6.g. There were no objections and item <br />6.g. was tabled. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />proposals from Lang, Feeney & <br />AW Associates for professional services in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that Lang, Feeney & <br />Associates' original proposal was to do <br />some topographic surveying in the amount <br />of $5,120 for the Trammel Crow/Memorial <br />site. The staff asked them what would be <br />the cost for them to handle a replat, which <br />will be necessary at some point. They <br />stated that their fee would be $600.00 plus <br />a filing fee of $121.00. The staff <br />recommends approving both proposals. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposals from <br />Lang, Feeney & Associates for <br />professional services related to the <br />Trammel Crow/Memorial project.
