Last month we asked that legal action be <br />taken against the contractor, involving Doctor Wheeler. Has a letter or anything been <br />sent; since, we asked that the ACC in cooperation with the Building Department? I <br />haven't seen any letter. <br />KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: Doctor Wheeler informed me that the contractor did <br />receive a letter from the Building Department. <br />JOHN OXIAN: Ok, then, what happened? <br />KAREN HAMMOND NASH: The contractor said that pending legal action he wasn't <br />going to talk to her anymore. It wasn't exactly a helpful response on his part, but, the <br />Building Department got his attention. <br />JOHN OXIAN: You lost me. What do you mean`? Whose attention did lie gel, the <br />contractor's attention? <br />KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: Apparently, the Building Department's attorney got the <br />contractor's attention. <br />JOHN OXIAN: So, what's going to happen then, nothing`? <br />KAREN ILA1vlMOND NASH: Dr. Wheeler has cancelled her contract for the additional <br />replacement windows and has hired a carpenter by the name of Charles Kirkpatrick to <br />repair the remaining wood windows, rather than replace them. She has indicated to the <br />contractor that she wants her wood windows back; and has been promised that she will <br />PI <br />
