PUBLIC HEARING <br />A. CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />1. 2002 -0617; 1512 East Wayne Street; re- install center front <br />windows. <br />GERALD UJDAK: Is someone here to speak on this matter? <br />KAREN HAMMOND -NASH: I don't see the owner here, and the contractor sent a note <br />saying he was unable to attend.
