Washington, Sign. <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: Is there anyone here from the Oliver Inn? <br />RHONDA SAUNDERS: No, the owner's were not able to attend tonight. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Are they going to light the sign? <br />RHONDA SAUNDERS: Not to my knowledge, the owner does not refer to any <br />lighting in the application nor is there lighting on the existing sign. <br />RICHARD HELMUS: I move to approve application 2001-0328 as recommended <br />by staff. <br />JERRY WEINER: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Richard Helmus, being seconded by Jerry Weiner, the motion <br />to approve application 2001-0328 as recommended by staff passed unanimously. <br />1 <br />
