VISITORS 470 471 DON SPORLEDER: What is happening with the industrial corridor, namely the 472 Oliver Manufacturing Company? 473 474 JOHN OXIAN: We did sign a letter for the City to obtain money for the Oliver 475 demolition with the understanding that the building farthest east by Arnold Street and the 476 Power Plant would be preserved in their entirety.
