Garage Work: <br />a. We will tear down and haul away the existing garage, storage shed, and all <br />the concrete around the garage area. <br />b. We will form and pour a 24' X 24' concrete foundation and garage floor. <br />We will also pour a concrete driveway from the garage to the alley. <br />c. The garage walls will be 2 X 4's 16" on center with 7/16" O.S.B. for the <br />exterior. sheathing with 2 X 12's for the service door and overhead garage <br />door headers. <br />d. We will use 6/12 pitch roof trusses with a 24" overhang for the roof of the <br />garage 24" on center with 7/16" O.S.B. for the roof sheathing. <br />e. We will use 15 lbs, black paper, white aluminum metal edging, 25 year 3 <br />in 1 fiberglass shingles in a color to match the shingles on the house. <br />f. We will install a 3/0 X 6/8 six panel steel door for the service door and a <br />16/0 X 7/0 white raised panel steel insulated overhead door with an <br />operator. <br />g. We will side the garage with a triple 2'/." vinyl siding in a color selected <br />by the homeowner. We will install vinyl soffit with aluminum fascia to <br />cover the overhangs. The homeowner will select the color. <br />h. We will install continuous aluminum gutter with downspouts on the eave <br />ends of the garage. <br />i. We will wire the garage to code, and there will be 3 coach lights on the <br />exterior of the garage. The wire from the house to the garage will be <br />buried underground. <br />2. beck Work: <br />a. Contractor will remove and haul away the 6' X 9' room on the rear of the <br />house. <br />b. Contractor will build a 12' X 14' treated wood deck off the rear of the <br />house. <br />c.
