412 MARTHA CHOITZ: I move to send the proposed local landmark located at 1304 <br />413 Kessler Place to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />414 -- - -- <br />415 RICHARD HELMUS: I second the motion. <br />416 <br />417 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />418 <br />419 Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Richard Helmus and carried <br />420 unanimously, proposed local landmark 1304 Kessler Place be sent to the Common <br />421 Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />422 <br />423 II. REGULAR BUSINESS <br />424 A. Approval of Minutes (November) <br />425 <br />426 RICHARD MORRISON: I move to accept the minutes from November. <br />427 <br />428 MARTHA CHOITZ: I second the motion. <br />429 <br />430 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />431 <br />432 Upon a motion by Richard Morrison, being seconded by Martha Choitz and <br />433 carried unanimously, the minutes from November were accepted. <br />434 <br />435 B. Treasurer's Report <br />436 <br />437 JERRY WEINER: I have circulated copies of the St. Joseph County budget report and <br />438 the combined ledger sheets which show the figures for the third quarter. <br />439 <br />440 MARTHA CHOITZ: I move to accept the treasurer's report as submitted by Mr. <br />441 Weiner. <br />442 <br />443 RICHARD HELMUS: I second the motion. <br />444 <br />445 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />446 <br />447 Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Richard Helmus and <br />448 carried unanimously the treasurers report was accepted as presented. <br />449 <br />450 C. Correspondence <br />451 <br />452 RHONDA SAUNDERS: I finally received a response from the Near Northwest <br />453 Neighborhood Association regarding the Commissions inquiry about the two vacant lots <br />454 on North St. Joseph Street. In the letter they state that they hope to do new construction <br />455 at 508-510 N. St. Joseph and the lot at 524 N. St. Joseph will be eventually deeded to <br />456 NNNA and sold. It sounds as though NNNA will not be doing anything with these two <br />457 lots for a while. <br />10 <br />
